White leather covers the base of the shoe with a tone-on-tone embossed rose pattern that appears on the toe and buttonhole panel. The pink leather accent wraps the fender with the soft hue that once again graces the leather heel tab. A repeating "Survivor" graphic is printed on the pink insole. A final floral design can be found on the heel while, Thompson opts for a simple white rubber sole to complete the look.
