Once the purchase is completed, The order processing time can vary from 2 to 10 working days (Monday-Friday), as stated in our general terms and conditions. At the end of the processing process your order will be entrusted to the express courier and delivered within 1-2 days on the national territory and 2-5 days on the international territory.

The returned product must be perfect, without any signs of wear and complete with all tags. Extra laces and accessories must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.

• Receive an economic refund on the payment method used, excluding shipping costs.
