Return and Refund

Hype Clothinga offers a return service ( unlike any other marketplace ) on all products in the catalog within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, through our contact form section - return and refund.

The customer may return one or more items from the clothing, footwear, accessories or collectibles department - return costs and charges ( customs taxes where applied ) will be borne by the customer. After returning the goods, you can request a store credit or receive a economic refund of the amount - excluding shipping costs.

An essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal will be the substantial integrity of the product to be returned. However, it is sufficient that the goods are returned in perfect condition, as they are kept and possibly handled with the use of normal diligence - any costs for restoring the product may be charged to the customer.

In particular, the goods must be returned:

  • Properly packed in their original packaging, in perfect condition and shipped with double box (not damaged or soiled) and equipped with all accessories and documentation;
  • Equipped with the transport document (present in the original packaging), in order to allow Hype Clothinga to identify the Purchaser (Order number, name, surname and address)
  • Without obvious signs of use, other than those compatible with carrying out a normal test of the article - such as trying a shoe on a clean carpet or floor. That is, they must not bear any trace of prolonged use (over a few minutes) exceeding the time necessary for a test and must not be in such a state as not to allow resale.
  • Hype Clothinga warranty seals, where present, must not be removed or tampered with.

Hype Clothinga reserves the right to apply penalties on items delivered damaged or with missing components (for example extra accessories or promotional gadgets).
