Without obvious signs of use, other than those compatible with carrying out a normal test of the article - such as trying a shoe on a clean carpet or floor. That is, they 

 (over a few minutes) exceeding the time necessary for a test and must not be in such a state as not to allow resale.

Hype Clothinga warranty seals, where present, must not be removed or tampered with.

Hype Clothinga reserves the right to apply penalties up to 100% of the value on the product for non-compliant items returned, therefore with signs of use - or without warranty tags still attached to the product or for missing extra accessories.

Spese e oneri di restituzione saranno a carico del cliente

che riceverà entro 10 giorni lavorativi dalla ricezione del reso conferma del

Lo store credit sarà disponibile al momento del check-out tra i metodi di pagamento, non ha alcuna scadenza e può essere utilizzato parzialmente oppure in combinazione con altri metodi di pagamento - su tutto il catalogo prodotti Hype Clothinga. Nel caso in cui il cliente scelga l'opzione dello store credit per il proprio reso, non potrà essere - una volta generato - convertito in rimborso economico.

 per l’esercizio del diritto di recesso sarà la sostanziale integrità del prodotto da restituire. Il bene deve essere restituito in perfetto stato di conservazione, in quanto custodito ed eventualmente maneggiato con l’uso della normale diligenza - eventuali spese di ripristino del prodotto potrebbero essere addebbitate al cliente.

Hype Clothinga consiglia ai propri clienti di utilzzare per le proprie restituzioni, corrieri espressi come UPS o DHL - con assicurazione sul bene, pari all'importo pagato in origine.

In particolare, i beni dovranno essere restituiti :

Correttamente imballati nella loro confezione originale

, in perfetto stato di conservazione e spediti con doppia scatola nel caso di sneakers (non rovinati, danneggiati o sporcati), muniti di tutti gli eventuali accessori e documentazione fornite nella spedizione originaria;

Muniti del documento di trasporto (presente nell’imballo originale) e del 

, in modo da permettere a Hype Clothinga di identificare l’Acquirente.

Senza manifesti segni di uso, se non quelli compatibili con l’effetto di una normale prova dell’articolo, es. provare una scarpa su una superfice pulita o tappeto. Gli articoli quindi 

non dovranno recare traccia di un utilizzo prolungato 

(oltre qualche minuto) eccedente il tempo necessario ad una prova e non dovranno essere in stato tale da non permetterne la rivendita.

I sigilli di garanzia Hype Clothinga, ove presenti, non devranno essere rimossi o manomessi.


Hype Clothinga si riserva il diritto di applicare penali fino al 100% del valore sul prodotto per articoli restituiti non conformi, quindi con segni di utilizzo - oppure senza tag di garanzia ancora attaccati sul prodotto o per accessori extra mancanti.
