Return and Refund

Hype Clothinga offers a return service on all products in the catalog (excluding underwear products: socks and underwear) which can be activated within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods - unlike any other marketplace on the market. The return service can be activated by sending an email to info@hypeclothinga.com requesting the return activation code.

You only need to follow the procedure indicated in the papers received with the order. Hype Clothinga must receive the return at its warehouses within 10 days by requesting the authorization code.

Return costs and charges will be borne by the customer, who will receive, within 5 working days, a confirmation email and the economic refund or the store credit, depending on the preferences expressed in the return form. The store credit will be available at the check out among the payment methods, it does not have an expiration date and can be used entirely or in part for multiple purchases.

An essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal will be the substantial integrity of the product to be returned. However, it is sufficient that the goods are returned in perfect condition, as they are kept and possibly handled with the use of normal diligence - any costs for restoring the product may be charged to the customer.

In particular, the goods must be returned:

  • Properly packed in their original packaging, in perfect condition and shipped with double box if sneakers (not damaged or soiled) and equipped with all accessories and documentation;
  • Equipped with the transport document (present in the original packaging) and with the return form filled out, in order to allow Hype Clothinga to identify the Purchaser (Order number, name, surname and address)
  • Without obvious signs of use, other than those compatible with carrying out a normal test of the article - such as trying a shoe on a clean carpet or floor. That is, they must not bear any trace of prolonged use (over a few minutes) exceeding the time necessary for a test and must not be in such a state as not to allow resale.
  • Hype Clothinga warranty seals, where present, must not be removed or tampered with.

Hype Clothinga reserves the right to apply penalties on items delivered damaged or with missing components (for example extra accessories or promotional gadgets).
