Nike Air Force 1 Low Doernbecher (2010) - Each year, Nike partners with the Doernbecher Children's Hospital Foundation to create the Doernbecher Freestyle collection, a program in which patients design a signature Nike shoe to raise funds. Released in December 2010, the Nike Air Force 1 07 LE DB sneaker was designed by then 11-year-old Tony Signorelli, who was diagnosed with Dandy-Walker syndrome. His take on the AF1 sports a bold two-tone leather upper with a textured metallic gold treatment on the Swoosh and heel. Signorelli's personal mottos, "Think Positive" and "Positive Happens", are printed on alternating tips.
