Blancpain x Swatch Scuba Fifty Fathoms Pacific Ocean pays homage to Blancpain's Fifty Fathoms, the first true diving watch.

The yellow case and crown are made of Bioceramic. The word "Swatch" is engraved on the outer left side of the case. The metal dial is printed in multiple layers of color for a gradient effect. The indices, hour and minute hands and scale on the bezel are enhanced with grade A Super-LumiNova® for exceptional readability in the dark. The unidirectional rotating bezel is made of bioceramic, the glass is of biological origin and are treated with an anti-scratch coating.

The SISTEM51 mechanical movement is visible thanks to a transparent sapphire crystal and features a digitally printed image of the Pacific Ocean and the nudibranch Chromodoris Kuiteri.

On the back of the watch there are five short messages: PASSION FOR DIVING – LICENCE TO EXPLORE – OCEAN BREATH (breath of the ocean) – PROTECT WHAT YOU LOVE (protect what you love) and IMMERSE YOURSELF. The NATO strap is instead made of recycled material coming from fishing nets recovered from the sea. The buckle and loops are in Bioceramic.
