Nike Blazer Mid Readymade Black

Nike Blazer Mid Readymade Black, celebrates the union of Nike and Yuta Hosokawa with its READYMADE label with a DIY-inspired and sustainable sneaker.

The Blazer was made using second-hand materials coming from worn sneakers recovered from landfills. The upper is in fact presented in a layered structure that alternates the black and white of the foam and the irregular side panels, the bright orange Swoosh, thinner and sewn, and the marble pattern of the collar and tongue, overlaid with three different sets of laces. 15% of Nike Grind rubber has been used for the sole, composed of recycled materials.

The READYMADE logo is placed on the back of the sneaker, where there are also three mini Swooshes that recall the symbol of recycling, to emphasize the common goal of the two brands.
